Assist owners, guests and renters with general repairs and other maintenance issues that include but not limited to:

Heat up requests
-
Temperature control during winter months to prevent frozen pipes

Provide accurate completion of all work orders in a timely fashion

Deliver packages to unit occupant
-
Open units for owners, guests, renters and authorized service providers
-
Provide a knowledgeable assessment of maintenance problems and direct them to the appropriate service provider
-
Conduct unit checks in all units on properties
-
Assist with shuttle bus service when applicable
-
Inspect and maintain the water system, septic system, heating system and pool/hot tub chemical make-up
-
Refuse pick-up
-
Assist with all winter operations, such as snowplowing and sanding, and property landscaping
-
Opening and closing of managed buildings, where applicable
-
Housekeeping and janitorial duties for common area buildings
-
Cover On-Call duties when scheduled
-
Other duties as needed to meet contractual obligations
Requirements:
-
An understanding of general electrical, carpentry and plumbing systems
-
Knowledge of swimming pool / hot tub maintenance
-
Ability to coordinate a multitude of maintenance tasks at the same time
-
Possess a courteous and friendly professional manner
-
Must be responsible and punctual
-
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
-
Computer experience necessary
