Community Service Technician - Okemo

Join our TEAM in Okemo!

  • Assist owners, guests and renters with general repairs and other maintenance issues that include but not limited to:

  • Heat up requests

  • Temperature control during winter months to prevent frozen pipes

  • Provide accurate completion of all work orders in a timely fashion

  • Deliver packages to unit occupant           

  • Open units for owners, guests, renters and authorized service providers

  • Provide a knowledgeable assessment of maintenance problems and direct them to the appropriate service provider

  • Conduct unit checks in all units on properties

  • Assist with shuttle bus service when applicable  

  • Inspect and maintain the water system, septic system, heating system and pool/hot tub chemical make-up

  • Refuse pick-up

  • Assist with all winter operations, such as snowplowing and sanding, and property landscaping

  • Opening and closing of managed buildings, where applicable

  • Housekeeping and janitorial duties for common area buildings

  • Cover On-Call duties when scheduled

  • Other duties as needed to meet contractual obligations




  • An understanding of general electrical, carpentry and plumbing systems

  • Knowledge of swimming pool / hot tub maintenance

  • Ability to coordinate a multitude of maintenance tasks at the same time

  • Possess a courteous and friendly professional manner

  • Must be responsible and punctual

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • Computer experience necessary
