We are looking for a Community Service Technician with an understanding of general electrical, carpentry and plumbing systems to assist owners, guests and renters with general repairs and other maintenance issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assist owners, guests and renters with general repairs and other maintenance issues that include but not limited to:
-Temperature control during winter months to prevent frozen pipes and summer months as requested
-Provide accurate completion of all work orders in a timely fashion
-Deliver packages to unit occupant
-Open units for owners, guests, renters and authorized service providers
-Provide a knowledgeable assessment of maintenance problems and direct them to the appropriate service provider or complete task
-Conduct unit checks in all units on properties
-Inspect and maintain the water system, septic system, heating system and pool/hot tub chemical make-up
-Refuse pick-up
-Assist with all seasonal operations, such as snowplowing and sanding, and property landscaping
-Opening and closing of managed buildings, where applicable
-Housekeeping and janitorial duties for common area buildings
-Cover On-Call duties when scheduled
-Other duties as needed to meet contractual obligations
Requirements:
-An understanding of general electrical, carpentry and plumbing systems
-Knowledge of swimming pool / hot tub maintenance
-Ability to coordinate a multitude of maintenance tasks at the same time
-Possess a courteous and friendly professional manner
-Must be responsible and punctual
-Valid Drivers License
-High School Diploma or G.E.D.
-Computer experience necessary
