Stratton Mountain, VT - This week TPW Management announces the retirement of Peter Metcalf, longtime Customer Service Representative at the Piper Ridge Condominium complex in Stratton, VT.
When TPW assumed the task of property management for the Piper Ridge community in 1998, Metcalf was already well known and loved by the homeowners, and over the years came to be known as "Mr. Piper Ridge". The fact that Metcalf was a fixture there for so long provided the homeowners with a sense of consistency and familiarity.
"We are grateful to Peter for his many years of service at TPW," remarked Paul Carroccio, CEO of TPW Management. "He has been an incredible asset at Piper Ridge, helping our owners and guests get the best service possible. We send him off with a bit of sadness, and a deep respect and appreciation for all his hard work over the years."
Metcalf plans to spend his newly found free time to travel, visiting family in Maine, and friends around Vermont. He will also be able to dedicate more time to photography, his hobby and passion. The beginning of the celebration of Peter’s retirement was witnessed at the 39th annual Bondville St. Patrick’s Day parade, where Peter was named the ‘Grand Marshall’ of the parade. All of Peter’s fellow coworkers at TPW congratulate him on his 15 years of service and wish him well.
